Importance Of Staff Training The Security Guard Network is vary aware of the need to develop skills of our employees and to ensure that they all receive the highest possible levels of training in all required areas. Not only do we meet BS 7499 requirements we exceed them. Our Personnel All of our security personnel are screened to BS 7858, which includes a 5 year telephone screening period and also a 10 year written reference period. Client Liaison We support and practice the concept of regular review meetings with our clients. We have found that frequent dialogue is the best way to ensure that we continue to meet our standard and the exact requirements of our clients. Security Survey We understand that no two clients or site requirements will be identical. Each potential new contract will be subject to a thorough survey. On acceptance of a contract, assignment instructions will be drafted which will include, site duties, client specifications and management of risks and hazards. |
